Cakes samples are freshly baked with no added preservatives. I recommend eating them as soon as possible, but they will keep fresh for up to 3 days if stored in their wrapper, in an airtight container, in a cool dry environment. I DO NOT recommend storing them in a refrigerator as this can make the sponge dry.
